Hubspot Integration

Scayul allows integration with your Hubspot account to facilitate ease of importing your contacts and their companies, enabling users to:

• Easily import bulk contacts into Scayul without manual uploads of Excel sheets and input of contacts.

• Maintain a clean and updated database by syncing your Scayul account's contact list with Hubspot.

Install:

1. Log into Scayul
2. On left column, navigate to CRM > Connect

4. Click Connect
5. Click Sign in to your Hubspot account
6. Select your HubSpot account (portal)

6. Click Choose Account
7. Review the requested scopes on this screen. Scayul requests access to read contacts and companies and read and edit contact and company properties
8. Click Connect app
9. The menu will close and Hubspot will indicate that it has been Connected.

Configure:

Navigate to CRM > Ellipsis (3-dot icon) > Configure

1. Click on Edit Fields
2. Expand Contact Properties or Companies Properties to view and select the fields you want to create your filter.

3. When ready, click Save.
4. Click Done

Setting up your Contact List:

Navigate to CRM > Setup Contact Lists

1. Click on Create a List -->select Hubspot for your choice of CRM
2. Enter a list name 
3. Click +Add Filter Group 
   1. Click +Add Filter at the bottom of Filter Group to apply multiple conditions that must all be met (e.g., "Job Title contains Partnership AND create date is greater than 2024-01-01").
   2. Click +Add Filter Group (above Preview) to apply multiple conditions where at least one must be met (e.g., "Job Title contains Partnership OR Job Title contains Sales").
4. Click Preview to see the list of contacts.
5. When you're ready, click Save List & Import Contacts
   
   
   

7. Click on the Ellipsis (3-dot icon) to Edit or Delete the list

8. Navigate to Contacts to view your newly added contacts!

Use:

Scayul automatically syncs with your HubSpot contacts and companies daily based on your configured settings (see the "Configure" section above). Syncs run once per day, requiring no manual action. However, you can trigger a manual sync anytime by navigating to CRM > HubSpot > Ellipsis > Sync.

Disconnect:

Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Scayul, your contacts will no longerr sync to HubSpot contacts and companies. Existing data will remain on your Scayul. Your Hubspot records will not be affected.

1. Log into Scayul
2. Navigate to CRM> Connect a CRM
3. Click on the Ellipsis (3-dot icon)

4. Click Disconnect
5. A confirmation toast will appear upon disconnection.

Uninstall:

To uninstall Scayul from your HubSpot account, follow the instructions in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article.
